  4. If your inquiry is eligible for a claim, you will be notified via email: "Claim Sent for Review."
  5. After our claims department processes your claim, you'll receive an email with the claim results.

Receiving Damaged 国际运输

You must immediately present the article, 邮件容器, 包装, 包装, and any other contents received in 损坏的 condition and/or with missing contents to a 邮局 for inspection. The 邮局 will verify the damage and give you a PS Form 3831, Receipt for Article(s) Damaged in 邮件s, 你的文件.

All claims for inbound items that are lost, or are delivered to the addressee in 损坏的 condition or with missing contents are payable to the 发送方, unless the 发送方 waives the right to payment, 以书面形式, 对收信人有利.
